A step by step guide for individual who wish to travel to Camarines Norte

With the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic still looming over the country, travel restrictions are still in effect in a lot of provinces and municipality and applying for a travel pass can be a bit of a hassle for most of us. Thankfully the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte through the Community Affairs Office and the Provincial Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office has developed an online travel pass application to make things a bit more convenient with our Kababayans.

Step-by-step guide on how to navigate through the Online Travel Pass Application System.

To apply for the online travel pass you must secure a couple of documents first. Below are the steps and requirements you need for the Camarines Norte Online Travel Pass Application:

• Step 1: Prepare the following documents:
  • For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Indispensable Travel (medical, business related, and other personal travel), Trucking, and Returning Overseas Filipino entering the province:
    • Half-body picture
    • Valid ID
    • Medical Certificate
    • Rapid Antigen Test or RT PCR Test
  • Authorized Person Outside of Residence (APOR) entering the province:
    • Half-body picture
    • Certificate of Employment or Valid ID
    • Medical Certificate
    • Rapid Antigen Test or RT PCR Test
  • For individuals who will travel outside Camarines Norte for no more than three (3) days with Camarines Norte as point of origin:
    • Half-body picture
    • Valid ID
    • Medical Certificate

           Note: If the point of origin is not Camarines Norte, the applicant will still need to undergo Rapid Antigen Test.

• Step 2: Go to https://www.camnortetravelpass.com/. IMPORTANT: Carefully read the DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT and CONSENT FORM, and APPLICATION PROCESS before checking AGREE and clicking NEXT.
• Step 3: Fill out the PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM. Write N/A for inapplicable information fields.

• Step 4: Fill out the TRAVEL INFORMATION FORM. This form will ask you the information about your travel like Point of Origin, Destination, Purpose of Travel, etc.

• Step 5: Scan or take a clear photo of the required documents stated above. You may use you phone camera to take the half-body picture required as well as the required documents as long as the picture taken is clear.

After completing the above steps, check the captcha and click SUBMIT.

Wait for a text message or email that will notify you if your application has been approved or denied. If your application for travel has been denied, the email will contain the reasons why it was disapproved. If your travel application as been approved, a link will be provided for you to print the TRAVEL PASS AUTHORIZATION with your information and a QR Code. Present your TRAVEL PASS AUTHORIZATION upon reaching the Quarantine Control Point together with your valid ID. Authorities will scan the QR Code to verify your TRAVEL PASS through their system. Once verification is complete and you have entered Camarines Norte, the MDRRMO of your municipality will be informed of your arrival. It will be stated on your TRAVEL PASS AUTHORIZATION that you are required to report to the MDRRMO of your municipality once you have arrived.

Manual travel pass application will still continue at the rear lobby at the back of the Provincial Capitol Building, Daet, Camarines Norte.
